Alan Faigin

Alan W. Faigin joined Brincko Group after a 30-year corporate career with Dun & Bradstreet, Fremont General Corporation and Topa Equities. During the last year, Mr. Faigin has had responsibility for two major company restructurings: Stila Cosmetics and Pacific Title and Art Studio, Inc. One of the companies was successfully sold to new owners and the second company went through a receivership.

At Fremont, Mr. Faigin was the Chief Legal Officer and also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the operating subsidiary, Fremont Investment and Loan. At Fremont, Mr. Faigin was a key part of negotiating numerous acquisitions and divestures of subsidiary companies. He also was in charge of all critical litigation and relationships with government regulators. His responsibilities included the wind up of the insurance operations.

Mr. Faigin is a member of the California State Bar and holds a law degree from Loyola Law School and an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego.
