Dennis R. Brink

Dennis R. Brink is a senior financial and operations executive with an in-depth background in Fortune 500 and multinational companies, from capital to consumer products and services. His experience has included financial reengineering, acquisitions and divestitures, as well as several years as managing consultant in business turnarounds, restructurings, refinancings, bankruptcies and strategic growth environments in the U.S., Europe, North Africa, Japan, Mexico and Canada.

Mr. Brink’s consulting spans a period of more than 15 years to include clients in size from $10 million to over $800 million. His particular skills include operations management, strategic planning, merger integration, cost reduction and containment, financial systems design, forensic accounting, and banking negotiations. Industries in which he has worked include electronics, equipment manufacturing, general construction, apparel sales and manufacturing, hospital furniture, medical healthcare products, software development, snack food packaging and distribution, direct mail and order fulfillment, and transportation and logistics.

Clients have included Koehring Construction Equipment; Peck Jones, Inc.; Barco of California; LH Research, Inc.; WorldPoint Logistics; and Expedited Delivery Services. Prior to his consulting career, Mr. Brink held executive positions at Rockford Corporation; Fairchild Corporation and Rexnord Holdings, Inc.

Mr. Brink holds a BBA from the University of Wisconsin, in Finance and Accounting, an MBA from the University of Dayton, in General Management, and has completed a Senior Management Program from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
